The Geller SX-585 comes with a raised button keyboard for retail outlets.

The hi-tech ‘drop and load’ printer using separate 58 mm thermal receipt and audit rolls simplifies and speeds paper-roll changes and eliminates paper jams. The SX-585 comes as standard with 2 RS232 ports for programming or linking to a back-office PC if required.

If scanning, barcode names can be entered via a PC or alternatively barcodes can be ‘learned’ by the SC-580. If you scan a barcode that is not in the till, you are prompted to enter a price and department number.  Subsequent sales of that product will scan showing price and department.
